Dr Michael Frese selected as a Fellow at AOM

We’re extremely proud of Professor Michael Frese from the School’s Management and Organisation department, who has been selected as a Fellow at the Academy of Management (AOM).

The fellowship recognises and honours members of the AOM who have made significant contributions to the science and practice of management. Dr Frese will be inducted at the Academy’s annual dinner in Philadelphia the US in early August.

Dr Frese is also selected as a member of the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, one of the oldest academies in the world. It selects outstanding scientists – in natural sciences, life sciences, behavioural and empirical social sciences, and the humanities – who play a crucial role in advising and guiding policy makers. With former members such as Marie Curie, Albert Einstein, Charles Darwin and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, this is the highest honour awarded for accomplishment in German sciences.

Academic excellence is integral to the vision of the School and we are grateful to Professor Frese for his global contributions to the field of management science. His dedication and service to our School is an inspiration to all our faculty members.

Congratulations Professor!
